Press Release from NATC, Inc. 7-27-05
The NATC is excited about the formation of the USMTA and pledges to work closely to clarify roles with the AMA, to foster the best national championship trials series possible, to help our member clubs conduct the best Wagner Cup US World Round events and to accommodate as best possible the interests of the USMTA.
Over many years the NATC has faced challenges of desired expansion of its role from both within and outside of the group with mixed results. It is anticipated that USMTA will step up to fulfill some of these challenges and the NATC is eager to help. The NATC relies heavily on many heroic volunteers from clubs across the country dedicated to the successful execution of an excellent national championship series.
Speaking for the leadership and members of the NATC, Inc., I promise that the NATC and USMTA will work diligently together to help foster an unprecedented growth in the sport we all love so much. Best of luck to the newly formed USMTA!
Brian Behling, CEO NATC, Inc.
